Reading this site, sending a message, or completing the private diagnostic does not create a client, legal, accounting, therapeutic, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Private Advisory begins only after Gregg and the prospective client agree on the scope and terms of an engagement.

Private Advisory is strategic and organizational work. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, medical, mental-health, or crisis services. Gregg may recommend that you involve another qualified professional when that is the better way to address a matter.

Please provide information that is accurate enough to understand your inquiry, and do not submit unlawful material, passwords, payment-card information, or information you are not authorized to share. Gregg may decide not to respond to an inquiry or may direct it to another kind of professional help.

If a Private Advisory engagement is appropriate, scope, access, fees, timing, confidentiality, and other terms will be discussed and agreed before work begins. Nothing on this site creates a promise that an engagement will be offered or accepted.
